Paid for oil service and only got oil topped off I WILL NEVER USE BALISE TOYOTA FOR SERVICE AGAIN If there was a choice of ZERO stars, that is what they would get. A day before I was to go away o I WILL NEVER USE BALISE TOYOTA FOR SERVICE AGAIN If there was a choice of ZERO stars, that is what they would get. A day before I was to go away on our anniversary I went to Balise Toyota for oil service, which turned out to be a nightmare, causing me the next day to arrive at my destination 5 hours later. At first it seemed strange that the car was done very fast, I figured that they were not busy, and the service adviser did say that once in queue, it doesn't take much time. When I got into the car I noticed that the service reminder sticker had the wrong milage on it, the adviser went to in the back and got another one and put the correct mileage on it. I left and went to the mall to buy an anniversary gift for my wife and when I returned to my car, and started it, the oil service reminder came on stating that I needed oil service. I called the adviser and he said the technician probably forgot to reset it so he told me how to do it. At this point I was getting suspicious that anything was done. So I opened the hood and checked the oil which looked kinda dark for just having it changed, it was a golden color which I explained to the adviser which he said was normal. I also did notice oil drips around the filler cap indicating that oil was put in. I checked the washer fluid and it was not to the top but was unsure at this time if it was almost full. So at this time I went home and dealt with it in the morning That morning I stopped to pick up washer fluid and had to add over a quart of it to the reservoir to fill it to the top. We were supposed to leave at this time but I felt unsure of what, if anything, was done. So I jacked up the car and opened the door where the oil filter insert goes and carefully removed it and inside was debris and sand, showing it was never opened. I also unscrewed the part that you drain the oil from for the filter, and dirty oil came out convincing me the filter was not changed. I have photos showing all this which I sent to the manager. The service manager said the car must of got missed, but I think not. Oil was added only to top it off, possibly a 1/2 quart at the most. How does that happen, unless intentional? Because if it was a mistake, the guy would of added a lot more oil if he had changed it, not just a small amount. I went to another Toyota dealer that morning and received an oil/filter change. When I checked the oil on the dip stick, it was almost clear, not golden at all, convincing me that the oil change at Balise was just a top off job. Of course the service manager was apologetic and offered me 2 free oil changes and a refund and free pick up and delivery of my car. Nice jester, but no thank you, who knows what kind of service that the car will need when I get it back, how could I possibility ever trust them. So, what I would do if you go there is ask to watch the work that is being done, and see what you are paying for. More

My sale person Harry Nguyen is very friendly and knowledgeable about with the Corolla. The finance manager Charlene Bianco is very helpful with the paperwork. I came in to buy a car and drove it home on the same day. I also liked the service department, I will be coming there to do my oil change in the future. I will definitely buy a car from Balise Toyota again, thank you Harry and Charlene. More

I went there with limited time and my sales person Bob Cipriano made sure the process moved along quickly. Bob was very knowledgable about the vehicle and I never felt pressured. The facility is very nice and the other staff members I came in contact with; Sam the business manager, Gene the delivery specialist and the on-sight insurance rep. We're all a pleasure to deal with. Bob even went so far as to clean out my old vehicle for me so I could get going. More

At the time of the sale that ran the month of August, Balise did not have my exterior or interior color combination that I preferred. So I asked the sales representative that my husband had dealt with to call when the vehicle came in. I received the call and went to Balise on Saturday and upgraded to my new 2015 4 cyl venza black with ivory exterior. Balise hires the best employees to work with you if you are seeking to purchase a car. No pressure. Believe me when I say my husband and I are extremely hard people to deal with when it comes to purchasing. Balise works with you to get the vehicle you want that fits your needs. More
A great experience. I was very picky about the car I wanted. I wanted a particular make/model and a particular color. The car was in stock. The sales associate, Arnie I was very picky about the car I wanted. I wanted a particular make/model and a particular color. The car was in stock. The sales associate, Arnie Bennett, was very knowledgeable and super friendly. He explained the lease to me and answered all of my questions. I was impressed that an insurance agent was right on site. We saved on our car and home insurance by switching to Allstate. I had a great experience. More

From the test drive to the business office to the final inspection and delivery of the car my daughter and I felt very important to the company. They were sincere in their efforts to earn my business and they did. I also own some more expensive cars and I received better service at Balise, than I did at those dealerships.
