I LOVE my used (but new to me) car! I read so many horror stories about buying a car from a dealer, and I didn't want to get ripped off and was pretty apprehensive about even walking in the door. "Used car salesmen" have a rep of being dirty rotten lairs, and a dealership - well that's about the worst place you could go - right? WRONG! Well maybe, but definitely NOT if you go to Balise Toyota. I walked in, was greeted and Julio came right over. We talked for a few minutes and he gathered some information about what I was looking for. He helped guide me through the process of finding a car. Amazingly, he let me walk out the door (even though I was clearly ready to buy) without a car. We just didn't find anything I wanted. The next day, he called to see if I found anything online that I liked. I looked, and there was something new. I went in the following day to go for a test drive, but the car I wanted to drive had been sold. Julio found 2 other cars that weren't even on his lot and had them brought over for me to test drive. I didn't want to finance a car, and although my financing options were still presented to me pretty heavily the first day, when I came back the second day the sales manager said "are you sure you don't want to finance" and I said "I'm sure" and it was never brought up again. Great experience, very happy with my car, and would do business with again. Thanks guys! More

We drove 70 miles from Cape Cod because Balise Toyota of Warwick had the best price, so low that Cape dealerships couldn't match it. They also happened to have the Model Car (not a Toyota) I was looking to buy on their lot. Danielle put me through to Bill Macastro (General Manager) and after some gentle negotiations he made me an offer I couldn't refuse, so I traded my car in for theirs. A very good deal for me and I hope OK for Balise. The dealership is a very relaxed, friendly, upscale environment. My salesman Alex Shtutin ....I couldn't recommend him any higher. Give him a call. Dealing with Bill & Danielle (father, daughter team was a nice personal touch). This was the best auto buying experience I have ever had. The finance person Benny was funny and made the financing portion seem easy. Even when picking up my new car, they went through the car with me making sure I knew how to use all the options. Went through the manual with me and explained when my registration would be ready. Bob followed up with me to make sure everything was going well with my car after the purchase as well. The Balise team really makes the customer feel like they are important. I would and have recommended Balise to many friends since I purchased my car. They treated us so well with my boyfriends lease that we returned the next day to lease one for me! I still owed a lot on my old car and don't have stellar credit but they were able to get that paid off and returned the next day to lease one for me! Stay away from these people... Once they get a deposit from you the return phone calls stop... We couldnt get Bob Barker to return a phone call of ours the minute after he got our deposit...
