I had gone to other dealerships not knowing what i was purchasing, Toyota is what i had as my top pick, but still curious,went to two other toyota dealerships one in Mass. the other in R.I had nothing but purchasing, Toyota is what i had as my top pick, but still curious,went to two other toyota dealerships one in Mass. the other in R.I had nothing but that bad feeling when buying a vehicle,finally a friend told me to try Balise,well i went to the Toyota and was greeted by a salesman? he was more like a friend,asked me my needs and what i was looking for as far as my family needs and what my budget!well let me tell you i could not believe the way i was treated beside the beautiful building he never pushed me into something i could not afford he was honest,curtious,and great personality....Well my friend was right I purchased the vehicle and Dave made things awesome, took the edge out of going to a dealership to buy a car...Thank You Mr. Balise for having people like Dave who actually gave me a good nights sleep after the purchase! On my visit to balise Toyota I did my research on what car I wanted and price I wanted to spend. so when I came in I was expecting for a typical salesmen to just get the sale and didn't care for my needs. car I wanted and price I wanted to spend. so when I came in I was expecting for a typical salesmen to just get the sale and didn't care for my needs. John woodine did an excellent job on finding the car for me even though they had sold the car that i originaly wanted which was a 2007 acura tsx. My next option that I glanced at was a 2006 Toyota avalon. I really didn't pay any mind to that car because it was out of my interest. But john went they extra mile and didn't apply any pressure to buy and said let's go for a test drive and let me know what you think. so we did and he deffinitely made we want the car even more. Soon after i knew that the price negotiations were going to start. We sat down and john ask what was my price range and what type of warranty coverage I was looking for. And Mr. Bobby blacker worked with john and man they did just that. At first I was a bit if'y and just needed time to think about it. So I had let them know that I would sleep on it and. Mind you its closing time and these two guys were ready to play the waiting game with me until we came to an agreement. I liked that a lot because they were both willing. So I left with both of their business cards. And put thought into the deal we had and I gave john a call around almost midnight that day and I let him know that I want that car.so john had the dy off the next day and he came in because most salesman aren't willing like he was. So the deal was done and it was the best expierence I've ever had... I will deffinitely look forward doing business with balise Toyota again!!!!!! Woohoo!!!!!!! More

Chris was very friendly and knowledgeable with information regarding a 2007 Chevy Tahoe that I am interested in.
