Though we certainly believe in the product, the process of purchasing a vehicle has proven tedious in the past and isn't one I typically enjoy. However, our experience at Balise Toyota was exceptional. We had been to other dealerships but the customer service we received from Mo was what brought us back to Balise. Mo was patient, entertaining and really went above and beyond to get us a great deal. We left with a 2018 Toyota Tundra in the exact color we were hoping for. More importantly, we left, secure in the fact that when we purchase our next Toyota, or have any friends and family that need a good referral- we now have a "go-to" with Mohammed Kasim at Balise Toyota. Excellend customer service After conducting an online search for used autos in my price range I noticed that Balise Toyota's name came up quite often. On November 17th I decide After conducting an online search for used autos in my price range I noticed that Balise Toyota's name came up quite often. On November 17th I decided to go to this business just to look at a few of the choices they had available. I had no intention of purchasing at that time as I just wanted to get an idea as to what was available to me. However when I met a salesperson, Mohammed Alkabouni, who immediately assessed my needs and financial options (less than average credit score) found me just what I was looking for. Within two hours I drove away with the perfect low mileage, high miles per gallon, vehicle that was a perfect match for me.
