Outstanding assistance and service. While we were traveling from WI to ME in our 2011 Toyota Sienna, we were having trouble charging our iPhones and iPads, Since we thought it might ju While we were traveling from WI to ME in our 2011 Toyota Sienna, we were having trouble charging our iPhones and iPads, Since we thought it might just be a fuse, we tried making an appointment at the nearest toyota dealer from our location at the time. We tried Buffalo while we were an hour away. They told us to stop by but when we got there they told us we needed an appointment for the following week. We explain we were just driving through, but they said they couldn't help us without an appointment. We continued on our trip and called the Balise Toyota in Warwick, RI, since we were going to make a stop there. At first they told us to stop by the parts department since we didn't have an appointment, but when we got there the parts department told us to go see service. We explained our problem and Jesse Pandolfini was more than happy to try to help us. He went to Marco Santacruz in the service dept to explain our predicament. Marco helped us by checking the fuses and found there was one loose plus replaced one. Marco also advised us that our charging wire could be going bad and that the car charger didn't have enough juice to charge an iPad. He recommended getting an external battery pack which we could purchase at a Best Buy close by. We followed up on his advice replacing the charging wire and by purchasing an external battery pack. We didn't have any problems the reminder of the month long trip. We would like to thank Jesse Pandolfini and Marco Santacruz for their outstanding help. Their manager, Scott Higgins should be made aware of the outstanding support and job his staff is doing for Toyota customers, especially traveling customers in need, like ourselves. Wish all Toyota Dealers would be as caring and accommodating as Balise Toyota Scion of Warwick, RI. More
