Service was very professional I went to Balise Toyota to make an appointment to get my 5000 mile/6 month oil change and inspection of my new Corolla. They had me drive right in where some preliminary paperwork was done. A person from service came out and asked what I needed. I told him and he asked if I wanted don right then while I waited. Great service Our experience at Balise Toyota Warwick was great. My first impression of the facility is it is striking clean and very neat. The receptionist (note: Our experience at Balise Toyota Warwick was great. My first impression of the facility is it is striking clean and very neat. The receptionist (note: sales people did not come out like a swarm of bees) greeted us warmly and genuinely friendly. We were then introduced to Bob Cipriano, and told he would help us. That’s an understatement, we sat with Bob briefly explaining what we were looking for. Bob excused himself, returning after a couple of minutes with a vehicle for our consideration. We took a test drive, and decided to consider a different color and model. Without hesitation Bob is gone again returning with another vehicle, another test drive and we loved the car. Bob answered all our questions, pointed out key features, held a normal conversation and did not jam needless information on us. Here is the kicker, we (my wife and I) made three phone calls to our insurance company trying to get our information correct in their records so the car could be registered. Each time they would fax the wrong document. Frustrated, we told Bob we would complete all necessary paperwork including payment, and return after straightening out the insurance issue. We went home and received a message that Bob had contacted the insurance company and the issue was resolved. He did not have to do that but it sure was appreciated. Just before I left with the car, the person who goes over the safety features discovered a minor problem with the nav/radio, and initiated a repair order. Bob also kept me informed of repair status. Less than one week later the unit was replaced. Because of the issues with the department of motor vehicles in R.I., Bob stayed on top of that issue too, notifying me when the registration came in. Before you buy anywhere, go there and ask for Bob. After all is said and done it’s the person you interact with who brings it all together and makes your vehicle purchase a great hassle free experience. D. Crossley More
