He introduced me to Bob Cipriano who did a STELLAR JOB of making me feel at ease and explained everything during the test drive and the business part of the lease. I picked up my 2017 RAV4 XLE on June 30th. Through it all, Mike O'connell, Bob Cipriano, and the Balise Team are OUTSTANDING and I highly recommend Balise Toyota in Warwick, Rhode Island.
