Excellent Service Department I don't usually write reviews but felt compelled to do so because of the great level of service I receive at Balise Toyota's service department. Ray Goulart (at service desk) whom i deal with on a regular basis as i own several Toyota vehicles is without a doubt the best person I have dealt with in all my years dealing with repairs and general service. Ray gets my vehicles in for service and done in a very reasonable and short amount of time. He is always very pleasant and always suggests what needs to be done now which will save me money in the long run. He also informs me when Toyota is running specials which i should take advantage of while the sale is happening. Because of Ray I will continue to do all my service including buying all my tires from Balise. Thank You and keep up the good work. More

In May of 2014, I brought my 2011 in for service. I was thinking of trading it in for a new lease, but the lease price was out of my budget. Bob made the figures work and I drove out in a 2014 Corolla, which I just purchased this April, again with Bob's help. My brother recently leased a 2017 Corolla through Bob.
