Retracting my Previous Review :( I would like to retract my review. After going over my Bill of Sale paperwork, I noticed that I was charged an extra $795.00 for "3M paint and inter I would like to retract my review. After going over my Bill of Sale paperwork, I noticed that I was charged an extra $795.00 for "3M paint and interior protection" ( which is non cancelable), and a "tire and wheel package " $795.00. None of which I asked for, just given the impression that it was "no additional cost , just being transferred over from what I had on the previous 2015 Camry I had bought from them 2yrs earlier, and was now trading in. My husband and I went back into the dealership today (3days later), and complained about the misleading overview initially given by the finance manager ((Jide)), and was told, "Sorry for the miscommunication, we can cancel the wheel and tire package, but not the paint and interior protection, which by the way, Is provided by Allstate ( their in-house insurance company). Not to mention, both of these "add ons", are Line items that the finance managers get bonuses on, after tacking them on to the sale price of the vehicle. Before leaving the dealership today, my husband and I, even went as far, as to sit down with the general manager / Mike O'Connell. I have to say, he was one of the most unempathetic, stoic individuals, I've ever had the misfortune to come across. I would have thought, that being a long term customer ( bought my last 4 Camrys from his dealership), would have afforded me SOME consideration. NOT! Unfortunately for him, this Camry will be the last one, that I buy from Balise. More

Courteous and efficient When I went into the dealership I was just getting an oil change on my old car a 2013 Camry, Not expecting to drive away in a new car. Great experience at Blaise Toyota Bob Cipriono was an excellent salesman. We really didn't think we would purchase when we went just wanted info on the RAV4. Bob was very thorough.
