Disappointment. We went in today to buy a 2017 RAV4 and was disappointed by the sales manager letting us walk out the door without making a deal. It is so unfortunate that they would let $1000 prevent us from making that deal happen (Subaru trade in). We have been loyal Balise consumers for over 15 years. Oil change Went in for an unscheduled oil change appointment and while they did not any availability I was asked if it was okay for me to wait. Over promise under deliver Well I have been let down by Balise Toyota of Warwick. I recently went in to have my 20,000 Mile check up on my Toyota Camry. Made an appointment and Well I have been let down by Balise Toyota of Warwick. I recently went in to have my 20,000 Mile check up on my Toyota Camry. Made an appointment and showed up 10 minutes early for it. I sat in the waiting room and waited almost 2 hours to have my car serviced. I sat there thinking what is taking so long for this to get done then I thought maybe it's because they are washing and vacuuming my car......Okay I will sit her some more then I seen my car drive by the window great it's ready nope just keeps driving around the dealership then around again and again. Now I am concerned about what's going on with my car so I go to the desk and ask can you please check on my car. Perfect they are going to look for my car 10 mins later they say your all set the cars upfront you need a cabin filter next time. I go out to my car and notice it dirty there is bird poop on it and the did not vacuum. Would love to know what took them so long and also why they would tell me they would wash and clean it but not do it.what happened to customer service and do they think everyone knows what a cabin filter is. Then I look at my multi-point "inspection" and notice my brakes say caution, so you take the time to tell me about my cabin filter but not the brakes that smart . Not happy at all love my car but not the service they provide t all. More
Old school dealership, Bait and Switch I should've known the deal was too good to be true when their "e-commerce consultant" Nicole Tassielli quoted special e-price over email for Toyota Li I should've known the deal was too good to be true when their "e-commerce consultant" Nicole Tassielli quoted special e-price over email for Toyota Limited Platinum at $41,735 with 3 add-ons on Sept 12 at 7:06 PM but was reluctant to provide detailed breakdown. Over the phone, Nicole and I also discussed that the car would need to be located in their dealer network since they did not have the Shoreline Blue Pearl / Ash. When I got to the dealer the next day at ~11:00 AM, of course the sales manager and associate pulled a bait and switch by telling me the car was not available in the lot, 3 add-on was not part of the quote (even though quoted MSRP matched with 3 add-ons), the price would be different if they had to get it from somewhere else, was pushing for another Highlander that was available on their lot which I didn't want, and was trying to provide financing for 36 months / 2.9% APR even though Toyota Finance was offering 36 months / 0.9% APR. Lots of games, lots of acting, and total waste of time. Lesson learned, don't trust this dealership and waste your time if you do not have full details in writing. On the upside, they were all professional and was happy to remind us they were "trying" to help me. More
