Above and Beyond When I went to Balise, I was interested in purchasing a 2016 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport, but did not have any intentions on buying anything from them. When I went to Balise, I was interested in purchasing a 2016 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport, but did not have any intentions on buying anything from them. I actually had a deal in place with another dealership at the time for a Tacoma with the Standard Premium Technology Package and manual transmission, however they were having trouble securing the vehicle and it would be another couple of days or so before I could get my hands on my new truck. This delay gave me time to think about whether or not I should upgrade to the Premium Package with JBL audio. I went to Balise to check out their inventory to see if they had a Truck with this feature so I could listen to it and see if it was a worthy upgrade from the regular Premium Tech. package. Then I met Rich Morra. Let me tell you folks, HE is THE man! He is approachable, soft spoken, nice, sincere, honest, and has a great sense of humor. He takes the stress out of buying a new vehicle. Remember, I had no intentions on buying this day. He takes me over to a tricked out Tacoma Inferno TRD Sport w/ JBL audio and after 6 hours of his time, I was sold. Not in a pushy, sleazy, "salesman" type of way, but in a way you feel you're getting the best deal possible and feel comfortable moving forward with the purchase. He will go above and beyond for you! I actually felt that we became friends during this whole process. I cancelled my deal with the other dealership and went with Balise. My new Carolla I went to Balise this weekend to look at the 2016 Carollas. He showed me all of the special features and we discussed the benefits of buying a Toyota over other brands. After my test drive, he worked with me to arrive at a price and arrangement that worked for me. Julio reviewed all of the financing information and paperwork with me. When I had questions, he patiently explained and answered everything. Renee patiently showed me all of the features and set up my Bluetooth for me, despite it being after hours by the time we got to this step! After I got home with my beautiful new car, I realized that I was confused about some paperwork. Farouk and Julio invited me back in to clarify things for me. He was very nice, told us he was fairly new. Never pressured us. Told us there was not much wiggle room and we knew that do to the price we had seen at other dealerships. We really hate the haggle deal. We were going to go to Carmax just so we did not have to deal with that. But our experience was very good. That is the second Toyota we buy there. Polished, Professional & no-nonsence team!! I ended up at the Balise Toyota dealership because I was having a horrible, never ending and emotionally taxing experience next door at the Nissan dea I ended up at the Balise Toyota dealership because I was having a horrible, never ending and emotionally taxing experience next door at the Nissan dealership. I walked in around 1PM during my lunch break and asked to speak with a manager. Sean Willard came over immediately and not only heard what I had to say but actually listened. He then went on to apologize for my experiences (despite at no fault of his own) and was truly empathetic. He assured me I'd be taken care of and that he'd pull my trade in from next door and his team would be ready to work with me at 5PM when I was to return. Super nice guy that went out of his way to ensure his team took care of me. When I showed up at 5PM I was immediately greeted by Sonny Singh whom was extremely pleasant and had the vehicle I was interested in out front, clean, gassed up (more than the Nissan dealership could do) and ready to go. We took a test drive in the Jeep and Sonny was clearly knowledgeable on the vehicle and eager to answer any question I may have had. He was very pleasant to work with and executed all necessary paperwork in a very timely manner. I truly felt in good hands and Sonny was sure to explain all my options and educate me in my decision making rather than "sell" me on something. From there Sonny hooked my up with Sam Malo whom was very attentive and cognizant about touching base with me while he worked with the bank on making the financing work. The dealership itself is setup to make the waiting game more pleasurable with a coffee bar and comfortable waiting room with televisions but the team goes above and beyond to ensure face time with you. They get the true meaning of customer service. The woman in the Allstate office was also very cool and a straight shooter as well. Sam was sure to get the bank to compromise and make the numbers work and was also very pleasant to chat with. I went in a 1PM during my lunch break to speak with a manager for 20 minutes, returned at 5PM and was out of there with my new Jeep Cherokee Latitude by 9PM within the monthly car payment I could afford and a smile on my face because the team treated me very well and took care of me. The guy that gave me my keys and orientation on my car manual also went above and beyond and razor bladed my beach stickers for me. I cannot say enough about the team I worked with and how they are all very polished, professional, competent and no-xxxxxxxx. It was a pleasant experience and I will definitely be a returning customer. More
