Our Day with Harry Nyugen My wife, my 1-year old son and I went to Balise Toyota to purchase a certified used car and lease a new car as our lease was running up. We pulled in My wife, my 1-year old son and I went to Balise Toyota to purchase a certified used car and lease a new car as our lease was running up. We pulled in to see Harry waiting gingerly for us with a bright smile. We told him what we wanted and so our journey began. After about 7 hours of test driving cars and playing "the game" of getting "the best price", we drove away in our 2014 Camry and 2016 Sienna. Going to the dealership is always soo painful, especially with kids. Harry was great to deal with and during our long time together did the best he could to expedite things. He even bought us pizza when we expressed how hungry we were. The process is excruciating. The game of coming back and fourth with "the best price" is just ludicris. They try to pinch every penny out of the price. That, we can not change. What we can change is the people we deal with. Harry was genuine, and was very open to our opinions and was on point in getting us what we wanted. I highly recommend Harry at Balise Toyota in Warwick as he was a pleasure to deal with. More
