He was the best help, I've gone to various dealers to look for the 2016 Highlander. Some of the dealerships I went to had what my wife and I wanted, but due to their lack of help and information I left. However, coming to Balise Toyota, I met Stalin, he was very helpful, very informative and just great at explaining everything we wanted to know. He showed me to the car walked me around explained in detail about the model I was looking for and had a great test drive. He made me like the Highlander much more. Hands down the best sales guy I have met by far. Very respectful, and definitely knew how to do his job properly. in the future when I'm ready to purchase a new vehicle I will definitely be coming back to this specific dealership because of my sales guy. He was just excellent. !! Sold me the vehicle I wanted. Made my wife and I fall in love with it even more. He was very patient with us and just made the wait very pleasant. Great first time at a dealership I came into Balise after receiving a latter in the mail that the dealership was interested in buying me out of my 07 Rav 4. Intrigued by the prospect I came into Balise after receiving a latter in the mail that the dealership was interested in buying me out of my 07 Rav 4. Intrigued by the prospect of a deal and being a first time prospective buyer at a dealership I decided to check it out. Turns out I was in over my head in terms of what I could afford. The sales staff really tried to work something out that was close to what I could afford, but after two visits and a lot of deliberating I had to walk away. Through the whole experience I dealt with great sales people that were not the pushy type. I felt that they were very helpful and honest about what options I had. Even though I wasn't able to get into a new vehicle it was through no fault on their part, I was just bad timing on my end. I worked with Blest Norris on my second visit and he did an excellent job making the whole process comfortable It just felt like I was talking to a real person not someone who was just looking at the bottom line. Which made me feel bad for not being able to get a deal done for him. I did also have my Rav 4 serviced there for some recall repairs. Marco was also very helpful and clearly explained what was going on with the vehicle and worked with my time frame in terms of repairs and when I needed the car More
