The service was quick and the help was exceptional I went in for a recall notice. The Service manager Marc A. Scotch was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He said the would replace the parts un I went in for a recall notice. The Service manager Marc A. Scotch was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He said the would replace the parts under recall in 2 hours, had the van give me a ride back to my office. Contacted me within 2 hours and had the van pick me up to get my vehicle. No hassle, simple process and had my oil changed while my truck was being serviced. Great experience! More
SCAM, Bad Attitude, Pressured to purchase a car I went in after receiving a letter stating many deals for my used car. I spoke to a gentleman, John, after asking front desk if anyone wasn't busy. (I had been there 15 minutes already looking around and no one approached me). As soon as he introduced himself, he asked about what kind of car I was looking for, told him an upgraded Sienna, because I like the room in it. Told him my needs and wants, color, leather, etc. He asks for my keys right away, didn't know why he needed my keys. Only explanation I received was for them to scan it. Never heard of that until the end of my visit which I will explain further. He brings out a car that I did not ask for, gave me attitude because I didn't like the color which I didn't ask for, didn't have leather, yelled at me and told me that if I want leather it will be in the top range of the price, etc. Kept asking me if I am going to buy a car or not. I was alone and didn't go with my husband because he was working, but couldn't pass up the deal on the letter which said it was only that day. He asked me why would I come without my husband if I can't make a decision without him. Very rude. Told him to run my credit on any car, wanted to shop around for numbers and see what I was working with. Finally, they offered me $5,000 for my 2011 Toyota Sienna which is still in warranty. A car that is valued per the letter $15,800. SCAM. The letter also stated they will offer me $5,000 on top of that, plus pay first payment and next. $5,000 raffle, $10 Target card just for showing up. 0% interest for 60 months. I mean great deals. NONE of that was offered to me. As soon as they insulted me with what they were offering me for my car, I asked for my keys so I can leave. They held me hostage. Manager comes out, starts trying to make a deal with me, now boosting up the price they were offering for my car. Finally got my keys from them and left. Received a call the following Monday, asking about my experience, explained everything, supposedly was going to call me back. Never did. All I can say is they did a big Performance, and it was all a SCAM to get you to go. Didn't even get my $10 Target gift card.... More

Manipulative thieves I had the best experience of my life when I went in to take out my very first lease at Balise Toyota Scion of Warwick on Post Rd. I told them I needed I had the best experience of my life when I went in to take out my very first lease at Balise Toyota Scion of Warwick on Post Rd. I told them I needed a reliable car at an affordable monthly price and had no money to put down. I traded in my used vehicle for a value of about 1000.00 (so they told me) and got a 2014 Toyota Corolla (brand new in 2014). I settled for this small car due to its monthly low price when really what I need is an SUV for my family of four. The Corolla was a Sharp looking vehicle for 158 per month. So reliable at 38 miles to the gallon! Best and first offer ever. When I went in to renew my lease 2 years later (yesterday) I was reached out to via emails and phone calls from a very nice sales girl who said they could get me in a similar vehicle around the same price. Turns out they didn't! They held me hostage by taking my keys as I entered with my 2 year old and 5 year old. After 5 hours of them negotiating very unaffordable prices, I ended up switching to a 2014 Toyota Corolla again. Same color. Same year. Same make and model. For 200 dollars per month. I told them I needed a similar vehicle around the same monthly rate and got the same vehicle (different car) for 40 dollars more per month. Their first going rate for the 2016 model was 340 per month. That was their first pitch to me! After hours of standing around and my keys still not given to me, I finally moved 2 car seats and tons of other items (since I had no idea I would be renewing on this day, just thought we were talking about future possibilities since my lease was not up until June. And my payments were all made already up to June) from my current black 2014 Toyota Corolla to another black 2014 Toyota Corolla. I was confused when I left but so tired to the point that I was able to get them down to the lowest they would offer (200 per month for same car) so I could just leave with my two kids who had at that point skipped lunch and dinner to be there. The best part was the next day I get into my new vehicle to drive to work and the car had some shaking spasms and also had a tire pressure light on. What was the point of making the move from the reliable affordable car I had to a car that was the same yet unreliable and 40 dollars more per month I asked,.,, the sales manager told me I was having "buyers remorse" and that was the best they could do since my credit was not as high as it was when I took out the first lease. Made no sense because my credit was fair to good but not bad at all! Meanwhile my mom left the month before with a 2016 Toyota Corolla for 174 per month and zero down when she turned her 2014 Corolla in. I didn't understand why this happened so I went back the next day after s long day at work and it took them 3 hours to fix the mechanical problem on this so-called certified pre owned warranty vehicle. All of this was a huge waste of time and I will never go back. They took advantage of a woman with her two babies. I should have turned in my lease and bought myself a car instead somewhere else. Me and my family and many people in Warwick will never return there for business! More

At Balise, my car actually smelt better than when I had dropped it off. I was so pleased with the ease of dropping my car off, looking up her recall and asessing the time period it would take. A part was ordered and they still knew exactly when my car would be ready. And at pick up, my car's clean bill of health was printed and was driven into the garage for me to just step into. Absolutely recommend this dealership More
