Ever since the first time I visited, since I went several times, they were very respectful. Asked me what I was looking for and gave me options, the sales person was very knowledable about the cars and answered all my questions. They gave me a little bit of pressure to buy, which is understandable, and at the end their service was really thorough, they even got in the car with me and walked me through some of the controls. All in all the service was good, but they did give me a little bit of pressure that made me a little uncomfortable, but in the end I was happy with the results. More

First car! Just bought my first car (literally little more than three hours ago) and I had a great experience. Buying a car is what often people say as a "dreaded yet exciting event" especially when you have some unexpected hiccups come up like I had to deal with when it came to trying to trade in my car (cars fault not theirs). But my salesmen, Sean O' Brien, was always calm, collected and trying very hard to keep things light as well as truthful which was extremely appreciated. I had only been to one other dealer the day before I came to Balise and I was so not ready to deal with another pushy, rude salesmen but Balise is not like that at all. The overall environment is calm and friendly. This afternoon I was tossed from sales, to finance, to insurance and everyone I encountered was fantastic and helpful. Right away I was ver After 3 months of car shopping at over 20 dealerships from RI through Massachusetts I can tell you Balise was far above the rest. Right away I was very impressed with the facility, the way it is set up with all three departments feeling separate but not like three different companies (like most dealership's are). The kids play yard is close enough for parents to be comfortable in the waiting area but far enough that you don't have to constantly shush them. My salesman Bob Cipriano was incredibly patient, taking me on several test drives in several different models ensuring we would find the best fit for both our budget and our family. Bob was a wealth of knowledge on all things Toyota and Scion, to have such enthusiasm after 20+ years with Toyota speaks volumes. Bob made us feel comfortable right away, and with zero pressure we were not put off like we were at almost every other dealership we visited. Bob is truly a genuine guy and a total professional.  Clayton Zacs worked miracles to get us a great deal, and after finding out we live in the same town, we feel we really made a friend there. Every person we encountered from the receptionists, to the service advisors and the delivery specialist were kind, friendly and professional. Clearly a testament to Mike O'Connell's leadership. I have already and will continue to tell everyone I know, how great this dealership is and I will never waste anymore time looking for a new or used vehicle anywhere else again. More
