Frank Cardinale and Balise Toyota service team are the best! I have been going to other than Toyota dealerships for more than 25 years. I have a 1997 Toyota Forerunner which - if it wasn't for the Balise Toyota I have been going to other than Toyota dealerships for more than 25 years. I have a 1997 Toyota Forerunner which - if it wasn't for the Balise Toyota service team and Frank Cardinale - would probably have been crushed and used for scrap metal. Frank and his service people were able to determine a continuing problem with my right rear brake - and other things too numerous to mention - which no other service center was able to do. Frank and his service people at Balise have enabled me to proudly drive my 18 year-old Forerunner with safety and confidence. Frank, thanks so much.
