In early January, I arrived at Balise with my mind set on purchasing a used Volkswagen. In accordance with my request, Joshua showed me the pre-owned options in stock that were in my price range and after sitting with him to mull those options over, he wondered if I might also like to consider how purchasing a pre-owned vehicle would compare with possibly initiating a lease on a brand new car. I am so glad for his suggestion! I ultimately decided that the lease was the option best suited for me and now, nearly a month later, I am still COMPLETELY infatuated with my 2016 Jetta Sport! All the while, Joshua was kind, accommodating, and straight forward. Additionally, he was extremely knowledgable regarding my options and made sure I understood them each fully before making my final decision. While I considered those options, Joshua patiently answered any question I had. I left in my brand new vehicle feeling like Joshua and the rest of the team at Balise truly had my best interest in mind. I cannot recommend them highly enough. More

Horrible experience, felt like an interrogation Had a check engine light, service advisor accused me of having modifications to the software on my 2015 GTI. I have some exhaust work done but nothing Had a check engine light, service advisor accused me of having modifications to the software on my 2015 GTI. I have some exhaust work done but nothing else. He wrote in paperwork after I received the vehicle back that I have a tune and that I will return to the aftermarket tuner to address issue, then tried to charge me a diagnostic fee. My car has never been tuned. Advisor also told me my warranty is voided, then evaded the question when I actually arrived at the dealership. More

False Advertising I received a letter that Balise Volkswagen would buy out my current lease early and I would be able to lease or buy another Volkswagen at a significan I received a letter that Balise Volkswagen would buy out my current lease early and I would be able to lease or buy another Volkswagen at a significant discount. $5200 off MSRP and additional $1500 bonus. It looked like a nice way to move into a new car 6 months before my lease was due. What a waste of time!! Balise had no intention to buy out my lease or offer any of the incentives. When I brought up that this was false advertising the sales person could only give me a blank stare. I wasted my time and will never buy a car from this dealer again. My advise stay away! More
