I never once felt pressured or overwhelmed. I was nervous about the experience initially, but Diana really listened to what I needed and provided a solution that made sense for me. She was extremely knowledgeable, honest, patient (especially with all of my issues, questions, and indecisiveness), and genuinely cared about making sure I felt comfortable with my decision. We went to Volkswagen Mastria of Raynham to look at a 2023. Volkswagen Atlas was met by Luis who was amazing and walked us through every Atlas, that were interested in looking at kept within our budget. And our price point while still trying to give us different options. He was thoughtful and patient. And we really didn't feel like we were sitting with a sales representative. It felt like a friend who just had a lot of knowledge about cars. We found the dealership to be comfortable, and everybody. There was really great. We did find the car that we wanted and was able to purchase that car with no issue. Luis walked us through everything and stayed with us. From the time we test drove the car up until the day we was able to get our plates and leave with the car. It was a great process. And we will definitely return back for our next vehicle purchase.

I decided to give the service department a try. Before the appointment, I was told there were no available coupons, even though the dealership website was advertising service coupons. I paid about $600 total for a 60,000-mile service that consisted mainly of an oil change, filter replacements, and an inspection, and I was not given a clear itemized estimate beforehand. I should have asked more questions before approving the work, but based on the lack of pricing transparency and the conflicting information about coupons, I would not recommend this service department.

The business manager gave me numbers on a used vehicles. I was ready to finish the purchase until the GM reached back out to me and bumped up the price by a couple of thousands, using the excuse that the pricing was advertise lowered then they are actually selling it for on many websites. The problem with that is when I spoke to the business manager I never mentioned the price or the website. She simply gave me the numbers I saw on the website without me mentioning it to her. As you can see the GM was trying to pull a fast one on me. I use to work in this business so I know they can bump up the prices on used car as much as they want by a click of a button.
