I asked to take a spin in the blue Golf and he quickly got the keys. He showed me the cars features and was friendly and upbeat the whole time. Even after I popped into the showroom for more literature and said 'hello' to others, I became convinced that Balise has an excellent staff and truly understand that pushy, overbearing, and condescending staff spoil a sale (or service experience) every time. Joshua also laid out some information about new purchases and VW's lease program too. Stuff that was shared in a "just so you have something to keep in mind" kind of way. I appreciated the information and the easy, straightforward manner in which he shared the info. So comfortable, in fact, that I didn't mind giving Josh my cell phone number as I told him that I wanted to look over the next couple of cars at other dealerships on my short list. Later that week, as life would have it, a friend introduced me to his used car and the terms were too good to pass up. Still, it's my pleasure--and the least that I could do--to let potential buyers know that Joshua's a good person who is fair, is knowledgeable about the vehicles that he sells, and honestly believes in treating people well. I'm happy to keep his card and to refer everyone that brings up a need for a decent car to steer them Joshua's way. More

When I drove the vehicle home I noticed a dent on the rear passenger side fender. Larry scheduled Dent Pros to repair the fender, no questions asked.
