I would like to thank Al Cacchiotti (Service Advisor) at Balise VW in West Warwick. He took excellent care of us when in need. We purchased a New 2091 Atlas SEL R-Line from another dealership in RI. Had Balise VW in West Warwick. He took excellent care of us when in need. We purchased a New 2091 Atlas SEL R-Line from another dealership in RI. Had nothing to do with Balise VW, it was due to the availability of the specific vehicle we wanted. Unfortunately, the dealership (Shi#craft) we purchased the Atlas from could not fix or basically was not willing or able to fix the shaking issue we were having when the vehicle approached 65 - 70 MPH which had been an issue since the day we purchased the vehicle. I called Balise in desperation to see if they would take a look and correct our problem. Without hesitation, they took the vehicle in the very next day and provided the correction needed and the vehicle is now driving smooth as it should have from the beginning. Long and Short - Go to Balise VW for your next purchase. Service is everything and these guys have it. Clean Facility, Knowledgeable Staff, Excellent State of the Art Service Department.
