From first call until I pikced up my new Eos the service was outstanding. Yaris was very prompt and not pushy at all as well as being very knowlegeable on the Eos. Great experience from first contact to closing paperwork with Justin who explained every finacial detail. I recently brought my vehicle in for service and they exceeded my expectations. I needed a part that was not available at the dealership and the parts manager arranged to have it picked up at another dea exceeded my expectations. I arrived at balise on april 23,2012 after hearing great things about the dealer from friends. Yaris martinez greeted me at the door. He was exceptionaly polite.friendly and professional.
