May of this year I was out shopping with my son for a new vehicle since our lease was about to end in October. My son began the process of visiting various dealerships before deciding upon Balise. We never felt uncomfortable, pressured or spoken down too as we did at other dealerships that we had previously visited. Our sales rep, Mike Masciarelli, was very knowledgeable and understanding of our needs. It has been 5 months since we purchased our new GTI and I will say that we are very pleased with the purchase and service. After numerus frustrating search for a vehicle, i finally came across Balise Volkswagon. As soon as i got to the premises i was greeted by Wade Murry. I made my choice- a Nissan Murano. I think Wade sensed m came across Balise Volkswagon. As soon as i got to the premises i was greeted by Wade Murry. I made my choice- a Nissan Murano. I think Wade sensed my frustration because he said to me "we will get this done with as quickly as possible and get you out of here", and i thought yeah right, isn't that what they all say.. I got my Nissan Murano amazingly easier than i thought. Nobody in my family believed me when i told "yep, i got my car today". Wade came all the way to my house to get me some of the paperwork the next day. He filled my gas for me and thanked me for doing business with Balise. A few days after i got the Murano, he called to see how i was doing and if i find everything ok. I totally agree when people say they treat you as family an as such I'm just gonna say.....HOW WOULD A GIRL DO WITHOUT WADE More

My daughter was ready to buy her dream car a new Volkswagon CC after saving for 2 yrs. I then called Balise VW & spoke directly to Chuck the Sales Manager & told him of my previous experience. He was so professional, attentive & truly caring of our needs. Having children of his own, he understood my concerns and how important it was for us to remember this "milestone" fondly. He then made sure he put us in the hands of a seasoned professional, Gregg in Sales. He was also so attentive & genuinely caring. He took the time to listen to our needs and made SURE we got exactly what we wanted with no pressure whatsoever. My daughter wanted a black CC, automatic transmission and we were "never" once showed anything different. We were told they would do anything they could to find it for us...and they did!! :) They also understood my daughter was on a tight budget & made sure they gave her the very best price possible with NO GAMES!! To make sure, I called other VW dealers, price shopped and no one could beat the price (they also couldn't believe how great the deal was!). We also had to deal with Justin, Asst. Sales Manager & was treated no differently. The day we went to pick up her car, she was greeted by her car with the biggest red bow & streamers...she was so happy she cried! Gregg then walked her through every function of the car, and patiently answered any questions she had. Well, we truly got the white glove treatment and felt we were taken care of no less than if we were family! I walked in having researched the car for a few months--a red 2011 Golf TDI. Nancy was polite, concise, and knew exactly what she was doing, and I was extremely impressed with both her and the dealership as red 2011 Golf TDI. I had come on the weekend of a large sale, and the entire place was bustling, but Nancy managed to set me up almost immediately (a ten, fifteen minute wait at most) with a test drive. Nancy was incredibly dedicated in following up with me, making sure that I was perfectly satisfied with the car, the way it was shipped to me, and answering my questions about maintenance, oil, my warranty, etc. She didn't know the answer to a couple of my questions, but I would hear responses from her within a couple hours of asking. I knew that the car had already been marked down, and because there was no negotiating to be done about price, we were able to save a lot of time. (I left with the car 800 dollars below invoice.) I would recommend Nancy to anyone looking for a salesperson who communicates both clearly and effectively, who is polite and friendly, and who is dedicated in making sure everything is just the way you like it until the car is in your driveway.
