We originally were looking at a 2016 Jetta but after being encouraged to take the 2019 for a test drive and Mike answering every question we had we decided on the newer car. There was an error in the original price and Mike and his manager Luke made sure we paid the price we were originally quoted. If you are looking for trustworthy people to work with for your new vehicle I can’t say enough about how wonderful the whole experience was at Balise Volkswagen thanks to Mike and Luke. More

Car and Service stinks I bought a 2012 Jetta here last August. It has turned out to be a huge lemon. Wont start often and loses power while driving.
