Best experience ever! The last thing I wanted to do was go into a car dealership.........but I wanted to get a newer model car than what I was driving. When I went to Balise Volkswagen in Warwick, I looked at the inventory in their lot and was not ambushed by salespeople. I did have a few models I looked at online, so I knew what I wanted. When Robert Wilson came to greet me, he was pleasant and informative. He made what I thought would be an anxious morning into the most pleasant experience. I test drove 2 cars and decided on the one I wanted...........I was driving home in my newly purchased 2013 Jetta in no time at all! Mike Broduer was pleasant and entertaining as I completed the paperwork. I now have a different outlook and will not hesitate to return to Balise Warwick in the future. More

Good experience for a diesel owner needing a new car. Well not happy about the VW diesel problem I did review the new Passat.
