With this being my first time being responsible for the vetting portion of the car buying process, I knew I didn't want to work with someone who was too "salesy" I wanted to come in and look around without feeling any pressure. The car I wanted wasn't available, but he took my information to contact me if anything similar came in. The next day, he called to tell me that the Camaro had just come on the lot. The next day, I came to test drive it and instantly fell in love. He was very respectful of the fact that my responsibility was to vet out the cars I didn't want, to make my "short-list" for the ultimate decision maker to come in to evaluate the value. Not once did I feel overly pressured to purchase the car, which is why I didn't shop around for pricing. Collectively they made my car buying experience seamless and stress-free. Even before I went to view the vehicle, after speaking with David on the phone, he was willing to take additional photos of the car's engine and email them to me. Once at the dealership, David was professional, polite, considerate and personable. He went above and beyond to be sure I was satisfied with my purchase. He was not pushy or annoying (as most other dealers can be). Chris and Ryan also worked with me creatively to complete the payment transactions, because my bank was closed for the day. Again, I was extremely impressed with their level of professionalism and efforts to make my experience easy and painless. If this were not enough, once the sale was complete, when my husband and I came back a few days later to pick up the vehicle, David was willing to help us buff out some paint scratches on our loaner car from a friend that we had borrowed to come and get the new car. I was shocked and impressed with the excellent customer service that we experienced, and though I live in Boston, I would definitely be willing to come back to Balise VW whenever I'm in the market again for a vehicle. He made the entire process so easy and hassle free. While at the dealship one of the sales manager was completely arrogant and argumentive due to a mistake on his behalf. Had it not have been for Yaris and his great customer service and the GM, Greg, to make the deal happened I would have not bought the car. Once again I can't stress it enough, I bought two Jettas from Yaris, both times super easy. He will be my salesman from here on out. Thank you to Greg for fixing the mistake the the original sales manager made, you really saved the sale. Lastly, Ryan the business manager was great.
