Overall experience was great. Someone came out right away and attended to us. We told him what we were looking for and told us he'll be back with some if the car list of what we're looking for. Overall we had a great experience at Ball Acura, Richard was great to work with, he heard what we really wanted and they worked with us to get us the deal we needed. The only suggestion I would have for them, we walked onto the lot and for a few minutes looked around and no one came out to assist us until a service member saw us and went inside to ask a sales rep to come out. We knew what car we wanted, but if we were just a potential customer, we could have easily walked to another dealer. Also the car we got is very high tech and none of the features were explained to us, which we do appreciate the follow up text offering to explain them but I think that could have been done during the sales process. Other than that everyone was great and most importantly got us the deal we wanted. I would give them 4.5 stars More
