It was awesome! They are very easy going gentlemen who really want to make me happy. James was very easy to talk to and work with for our financing options. We enjoyed chatting with him while we were waiting for paperwork to process. Javier really went to the next level when he called and asked for me to say hello to my daughter Sierra. GREAT customer service professionals remember the little things like that. Joe Hernandez was very helpful with getting my phone set up in the car and walking me through a few of the essentials to get started with programming my Pilot. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I had confidently. I am looking forward to seeing them again.
