Although I was unable to get the hybrid Highlander that I originally ordered through no fault of the dealership but as a result of the supply chain issue, Keith Murray and Kevin Cook took great strides to ta originally ordered through no fault of the dealership but as a result of the supply chain issue, Keith Murray and Kevin Cook took great strides to take care of us. This experience could have resulted in us taking our business elsewhere but because of the professionalism and customer service provided by Keith and Kevin, we bought a Platinum AWD Highlander and couldn't be more satisfied. As a former Honda loyalist I am now a Toyota fan because of Ballentine Toyota. Don't hesitate to ask for Keith, he's the best. He took the time and patience to explain and demonstrate the features and functions of the vehicle as well as making sure that we were satisfied customers before we left. More

I must admit Toyota service department they are top notch I take all my cars to them my 2004 Camry Tundra and Lexus wouldn't trust anyone else with my cars and truck keep up the good work!
