I was able to a schedule my appointment for safety recall repair in advance that fit my schedule. After dropping off my Jeep, the service team discovered that the repair required an additional part that they repair in advance that fit my schedule. After dropping off my Jeep, the service team discovered that the repair required an additional part that they needed to order. This caused a delay of an extra three days. After the recall service repair was completed, my Jeep was back to 100%. I just wish there was a way that the service team could check beforehand which parts were needed to repair and replace to complete the service and confirm that those parts were in their inventory-- or order them to arrive prior to my service appointment and prevent delays. Regardless, I was still pleased with service rep Becca and the final quality of the repair services completed. Just not pleased with the extra time it took. More
