No information provided at pick up Lack of communication of work performed. Now being told my tires I bought less than two years ago bought and installed by banister are bad. Walked in to pick up keys and a paper was handed to me and I was told she would be a minute and walked away. All for 4000 and now I'm being told my tires weren't measured correctly and I need new tires.... what else was done incorrectly is the question. Tires shaking when pressing my brakes now and something is now loose SOMEWHERE in my tires when I hit a bump. What exactly was done???/fixed/replaced I got zero communication from Lindsey when picking up. Very vague information explaining work needing to be performed. Terrible experience!!!! More

400$ for a simple oil change is ridiculous and to add to it they took a whole 2 hours to change it. Then they’re inexperienced mechanics claimed I had 2 leaks but if they used any common sense they’d see th it they took a whole 2 hours to change it. Then they’re inexperienced mechanics claimed I had 2 leaks but if they used any common sense they’d see the fuel filters were just swapped and you could tell where the “wet” spots were from the cleaned up diesel that was spilled. When I made a remark about the price the lady just chuckled and said “yup”, so save your money and time and go elsewhere More
