My car had the "check engine" light on, when my cousin took it to the service dept. they told him it would cost $113 just to use the computer to check the engine. After the analysis they did not find anything wrong with the engine but they found some "plug" that was disconnected under the hood and was not properly connected back which was causing the light to be on. Giving that the last person to go under the hood of the car was the service technicians just 2 weeks prior for routine oil change, i feel that the service advisor should have realized that the mistake could have possibly part of the techs doing. But when I tried to explain that possibility to him, since i know for a fact no one else has gone under the hood of the car, he did not care and did not offer any apologies or any price reduction..I've always taken my car to your dealership since I've moved here almost 3 years ago, but from now on I will be taking my car to a different place. More

I must say if you want good service and want things done RIGHT with a caring attitude then this is the place.We actually came back in December and purchased another vechicle(Expedition)and I still talk about the service and always reccommend Sheehy and the young ladies.Word of advise if you are in a rush then this is not the place.If you want it done right then this is the place, because they make sure you have exactly what you need and have the right price. I have been to this particular dealer twice and my car was taken care of but took way to long for the services. An oil change took two hours when i was told it would be about an hour. To fix a broken harmonic pulley the labor cost $400.00 and the part it self was $386.00.On top of the over priced labor they tried to sell me $1500.00 worth of work that cost $800.00 at my local service center. I was so overjoyed with the service I received at the Ford Dealership on Auth Road in Marlow Heights. I was told my application for the purchase of my Sheehy Mazda was not approved; I was terrified, beca Ford Dealership on Auth Road in Marlow Heights. I have worked most of my life and now at the age of 66, I needed to buy another car! Ms. Crusa was so friendly, professional with a spirit of business but not an overbearing type spirit. She was also reassuring that she could make something happen. As she left her office, I prayed to God for a blessing, not knowing what it would be, just a blessing I needed. When she returned and gave me news that I could purchase a a brand new car, because I had been approved, I literally think I stop breathing. I looked at her in disbelief! I love my job and I have love for this lady who did not know me from anybody, but she took the time to help me!! I pray for nothing but good things and many blessings to come her way. The salesman Ray (I for got his last name, but will never will forget his face nor his smile) was also a delight. He made me laugh and he was also a child of God. What more can a person ask for!!
