I am very disappointed! I had my truck towed to I am very disappointed! I had my truck towed to Banister because it need to be repaired. The towing company drop the truck off and left. I received a call from the services department informing me that I needed to call the towing company back! because the truck is not driveable and it needs to go into the bay area. correct me if am wrong is this a repair shop? I have been told that they do not have a way to get the truck into the bay to be diagnosed. Help me understand if they can't take my truck into the bay to repair what king of the dealership is Banister running. This is why we have to leave our community to get things done right !
