With this being the first vehicle I have ever purchased I approached this dealership hesitant and naturally leery of quick talking salesman whose only objective would be to make a sale. Derrick's relaxed and warming approach assured me that there was no pressure and I truly felt this sale was the best deal I encountered throughout my entire car shopping experience. I left feeling like I made the right decision and am still truly happy with my decision to purchase my vehicle here. After looking online to find a used 2012 Ford Fusion, I had around 5 cars I was going to be looking at. This dealership was my first stop, and ended up being the only one I visited. I called the morning of my visit to confirm that the car was there and available. When I arrived the car was pulled up front and ready for a test drive. Evelyn was a great sales associate and assisted with answering any questions I had. She also gave me and my family plenty of time to discuss things together in private. She also found a car in the online system that I had not come across. It had everything that I was looking for and we made a deal. Derrick and Frances were also great throughout this process and were very approachable and personable. The only issue I had was that it was a very long day. I understand that these processes take time; however, we needed to leave around 5 pm and were told that we would be finished by then. Around 2:30 pm we had made our deal and began the paperwork while waiting on the financial associate to meet with us. We finally left the dealership at 6 pm. Otherwise, this was a great experience and I do feel that we got a good deal. More

I had been to 5 other dealerships where as soon as you arrive you can see the sales associates running through the floor to try to make you a sale. I was actually helped until after i came inside from roaming the lot. I hadn't realized that the car i wanted wasn't at their locations, but they had it transferred down from Gaithersburg location. When i came back i had a test drive. Terran was amazing, she showed me all the features, how they worked and anything she didnt know she found out by the time i was ready to move forward with the paperwork. She even puts up with my constant calling about question which is great especially since this is my first car. I definitely plan to make any future purchases with the Sheehy Ford of Marlow Heights. And they didnt even pressure me into changing my mind to buy a ford. More

I went to three other dealerships and decided to go to Sheehy last. I finally got to Sheehy and after sitting there talking to Sean and Phil, it made me wonder why I didn't just come here in the first place. Sean was very informative about the car, the features, and the price of the car. Phil was very attentive to my needs about finance, the test drive with him was smooth and informative and he even made me tea to soothe help me relax. The manager Fred, he reassured me that the price was the lowest in the area for the features of the car and provided proof of that price. I knew that they had earned my trust and my business after that because I wasted a whole day price comparing and haggling when I could have just came to Sheehy. They even gave me a good trade in value despite my car being in the condition that it was in. The finance manager Fran was also very helpful in regards to the paperwork and everything that needed to be done so I could drive the car home. Sean made sure the car was clean and full of gas (which was unexpected because gas is pricey and the car looked beautiful freshly washed). My experience here was by far the best because I was not pressured into buying a car, they did not talk down on other dealerships like others normally do, the service here was very personal and not stuck up like some dealerships are, the dealership was clean and warm (sort of like a home feel), the price comparison and the attention to detail as far as my car was concern was excellent, the people who drove my car around was very friendly and gave me some good tips about maintaining the car and the list goes on and on.
