I could not have been more impressed with the high quality of customer service lavished upon my husband and me by Terran Jordan, Shawn Allen and Fran (?). We were just out looking – so we thought (and there was no pressure to buy either). I put off car shopping as long as I possibly could! I bought my 2003 Ford Taurus from Sheehy Ford of Marlow Heights too! It decided that it had had enough of me and put me down recently. I initially told Terran that I did not want to a red car nor a black car. She suggested that I temporarily become color blind and take a look at a really nice Taurus (I shared with her that it is important to me to buy a Ford – AMERICAN MADE). Needless to say I fell in love with all the features of the car (so many that I have to study the manual daily!), and decided that the cranberry color was not an issue for me after all. The test drive was nice and smooth, and Terran was ever so patient with us as we checked the car out, looked it over, and chatted between ourselves about it. She was always nearby to answer our many questions (and yes we had plenty), and she was quite knowledgeable about the car and it’s many features (good salesmanship). All said and done, we decided that I would buy the car. Terran, Shawn and Fran were very pleasant, patient and always professional in handling our affairs.
