While looking for a C-Max SEL, we did a few rounds of emails to six or seven local Ford dealers asking for the lowest price. We changed from an Edge to a C-Max after one round, and we had to do a later round because we ended up with a couple of out of town business trips before we could finalize. We just bought our C-Max this afternoon from another dealer. I'm writing this negative review of Sheehy Marlow Heights though because of just how ridiculously high all of their bids were. In every single round, their bids were by far the highest. For my spouse and me, it was kind of a joke between us to see how high this dealership would come in with their bid. This past weekend, Sheehy gave us a price that ended up being OVER MSRP. The other odd part about them is that they were among the most aggressive dealerships in badgering us with phone calls and emails, and were insisting that their prices were the lowest because C-Max's are such hot cars. Until Tiffany and her team start to realize that anyone writing to them by email can just as easily send the same request to a five or ten other dealers too, there really is no point in writing to Sheehy. Save your email inbox from getting cluttered up with ridiculously high bids! More
I took my vehicle in for service on my car engine and was;nt satified at all. They charged me $1000.00 for nothing. The problem was a ticking in the engine. Everyone was happy and pleasant you can tell they all liked thier jobs including the people that i didn't even have contact with but i did observed while i was waiting to finalize my contract. This was my first time working with a dealership as far as financing so I am very pleased at the service i recieved from everyone. More

Ms. Smith and Mr. Jarvis were both a tremendous help to my siutation. With limited credit and money they both worked exceptionally hard to make sure I was financed with little money down. Ms. Paula Caruso who so graciously assured me that I would get the attention to detail and service that I am looking for, introduced me to my sales representative Ms. Glenda Bradley. In all my years of having bought cars in the past, I must say that Ms. Glenda Bradley surpassed all my expectations. From the moment I took a seat at her desk, and provided her with a brief description of what I was looking for, she was able to narrow down what type of vehicle I was looking for and in no time at all, I was able to see that vehicle. Ms. Bradley was an expert in explaining the new features of the 2012 Ford Escape to me, including all the software and technological enhancements and features especially the "Sync" feature which she demonstrated to me with precision. It was her demonstration of the Sync features that helped me decide that this was the car I wanted to purchase. In the past, I have always loathed going to purchase cars at dealerships because of the tendency for sales reps to try to get you in something you really don't want or can't afford. But for the first time in my adult life, this is THE BEST car-buying experience in the capable hands of Ms. Bradley, that I won't soon forget. As I tend to be a stickler for good customer service, Ms. Glenda Bradley handled my entire transaction with patience, professionalism and a positive attitude. I completed my purchase and out the door in no time. I am very pleased with my new baby!
