I recently bought a Ford Fiesta from Sheehy Ford Marlow Heights. It was a wonderful experience. I was looking for a new car within a certain payment range and they definitely worked with me to make it ha Heights. It was a wonderful experience. I am very indecisive and find it hard to make big decisions, however this didn't alter Glenda or Paula Caruso's service. Glenda was very helpful with finding the cars I needed to test drive and no matter how many times my indecisiveness sent her back out on the lot she always came back with a smile. Paula was also more than patient with me as I bounced between the Focus and the Fiesta. She gave me all the information I needed in regards to gas mileage and safety specs. When I finally made my decision on the Ford Fiesta they both worked to find me the car I wanted in the color I wanted and with the options I wanted. Ricardo was also extremely helpful and made the usually stressful environment of a finance office a pleasant and stress free experience. It was a magnificent experience and I couldn't be happier with my car (it's silver and awesome). Since buying my car I've told many coworkers, friends, and family members about the Sheehy Ford in Marlow heights and express my sincere satisfaction with the customer service and product. Side note, I was also allowed to sign their pink explorer in honor of a friend for their Breast Cancer program which they were all very serious and dedicated about. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the people I worked with. More

My experience was not a very good one. I drove 2 hours from Mechanicsville, va I purchase my car. I was told I had to come ASAP because if not my car was going to be sold to someone else... Even though I from Mechanicsville, va I purchase my car. I was told I had to come ASAP because if not my car was going to be sold to someone else... Even though I had a loan through the dealership and they had my insurance for the car on file.. Obviously they knew I was serious about getting the car. Also I was told to be there by 8 am or my car was likely to be sold to someone else.. I got up at 5 am and was there by 8 am but my dealer didn't show up until 9:30am and no one helped us for an hour... So I began to get very nervous... Also there was signs all over the dealership saying that cars can be shipped at no charge... So I was very confused at to why I had to drive all that way... Even though my experience was terrible everyone was overall very friendly.. I just feel all of this could have been avoided. I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone. More
Visited Sheehy Ford earlier this week just to look at new Explorer. Met Mike Lancaster and was impressed with his approach. Came back three days later to actually purchase two vehicles. Entered the deal with extreme negative equity, yet really wanted to lease instead of purchase. Sales Manager Shawn Allen was upfront that situation was tough, but believed a deal could still be made. All the while, Mike and trainee Adrian were fantastic with customer service and updates about progress of the deal. Later, dealt with Ricardo Ledbetter who was also blunt about it being a stretch that a deal could be done, but would work as hard as possible to make it happen. In the end, an incredible deal was made where my negative equity was rolled into a 39 month lease and payments were totally acceptable on a Ford Explorer Sport and a Taurus SHO. The entire experience renewed my belief in human nature and that people truly want the best for others. I will always send friends and family to Sheehy as you are treated like both from the onset. More
I purchased a new 2014 Mustang GT from Evelyn Betancourt and was pleased with her service. Evelyn was friendly, professional and accommodating. The car itself had an issue with the seat track which Les Les and was pleased with her service. Evelyn was friendly, professional and accommodating. My experience was more than good, it was actually great. I honestly say this dealership is the second dealership I have gone to in my life and received great service and provided a professional environment I honestly say this dealership is the second dealership I have gone to in my life and received great service and provided a professional environment and went about it with honesty and integredity. I went in looking for a used older model and Glenda and her staff worked effortlessly to convince me to go new and offered a great deal I couldn't resist. You might think its impossible to have a great experience at a car dealership, believe me I was thinking the same. The only bad thing that happen because it was so late in the evening, the service guy did not wash the car like he was suppose to and I left with sticker invoice stains on my back window. Outside of that, everyone was busy and professional. I could not give Glenda one point less than 10. She knows her job and the business & and will do what she can to make it work for you even if you have trouble making up your mind. More

While looking for a C-Max SEL, we did a few rounds of emails to six or seven local Ford dealers asking for the lowest price. We changed from an Edge to a C-Max after one round, and we had to do a later round because we ended up with a couple of out of town business trips before we could finalize. We just bought our C-Max this afternoon from another dealer. I'm writing this negative review of Sheehy Marlow Heights though because of just how ridiculously high all of their bids were. In every single round, their bids were by far the highest. For my spouse and me, it was kind of a joke between us to see how high this dealership would come in with their bid. This past weekend, Sheehy gave us a price that ended up being OVER MSRP. The other odd part about them is that they were among the most aggressive dealerships in badgering us with phone calls and emails, and were insisting that their prices were the lowest because C-Max's are such hot cars. Until Tiffany and her team start to realize that anyone writing to them by email can just as easily send the same request to a five or ten other dealers too, there really is no point in writing to Sheehy. Save your email inbox from getting cluttered up with ridiculously high bids! More
I took my vehicle in for service on my car engine and was;nt satified at all. They charged me $1000.00 for nothing. The problem was a ticking in the engine.
