The only good thing happening at this dealer was when they hired Monica the finance rep. She salvaged the deal and she is the only reason I went through the purchase. The evening I purchased the vehicle was at closing time and when I started to drive off the lot the parking sensors started to malfunction and have been since along with triggering the anti-collision feature while on the highway with no obstructions. I made a service appointment and was meet with the same mentality as the sales manager rude and apathetic to their customers. I regret doing business at this dealership. I want to highlight Monica, if she was running this dealership this review would be completely positive. She is keeping that organization afloat. More

Subpar Service Department response to Ford Explorer Hybrid Limited Recall. Scheduled an appointment to have the Rear Axle recall addressed in advance. I call the day before appointment to inquire about the length of time needed to resolve the recalled part. I was told that it would take a week. I was instructed by the service representative when I purchased the vehicle in November 2023 that Ford Motor Company would handle the cost for a rental. First, I was told that they did not have rental vehicles. I spoke to the rude service representative at Banister Ford that I would just have to bring the vehicle in a follow up regarding the rental. I shared that was why I was calling in advance to hash out any issues. His response was that I just needed to come into the Service Department and wait. I live in Prince George’s County, and I had to travel to the Koon’s Ford dealership in Baltimore because they didn’t have the type of vehicle that I was looking for: Ford Explorer Hybrid Limited. Now I can’t receive quality service from a Ford Dealership near my home to address this issue. Signed, Subpar customer in Prince George’s County. I am pissed! When we found our perfect truck at Banister Ford the sale and delivery process was easy and the customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend Sonny and Banister Ford! More
Dealership charged 600. 00 for labor on a 90k service. Complete price gauging and took advantage of customer. I’ve never been treated more rudely by a manager (Kelly) who could have cared less about an upset customer. All he could say was the price was the price. I will never go there again not will I ever recommend Bannister Ford at Marlow Heights. Beware!! More
