When I arrived and they told me what I was up against, I offered to cancel and/or come another day in the future when I could build up my credit and get what I truly wanted. Well let me tell you, not only was I able to get full approved for a vehicle, but it was a brand new 2023! These guys are awesome, my F150 has had an electrical issue for years from the factory. The tech was great and actually found the problem and repaired it. The manager on duty Joe was super communicative the whole time because my truck was there for 3 day’s being ridiculous and I got a ride home. Super thankful for the technician and the whole team. Side note, while I was there this woman (customer) started screaming and cussing at the girls in the billing department. Those women acted with the utmost professionalism as this woman made a scene of herself for absolutely no reason and she even phoned a friend. Hats off to your billing department as well! More
