I'm a regular patron at this location for years to include new ownership. I come because of convience to and from work off the beltway. Seems there's constant turnover in the service department. I tol include new ownership. I come because of convience to and from work off the beltway. Seems there's constant turnover in the service department. I told the advisor about a specific part issue (Under Cover) I wanted replaced, but he never told me what the cost of the part was or whether it was on hand. He had the information listed on the invoice at checkout. So rather than having it replaced during the service, I'm now ordering the part and will replace it myself. I also didn't receive an inspection report of my vehicle. SMH. I may look for another service department and give up the convenient location and spacious waiting area. More
