Nothing less than professional. I had completed application on line and set up an appointment thru Emily Gonzales. When I had arrived, I was met by Charles Baker. We had reviewed my information and which vehicle I was interested and what options. From this point I couldn't ask for a better person and salesmen. He had gone beyond what I had gone thru with other dealers. He didn't try to sale me another vehicle than the one I had requested or one he knew I wouldn't be satisfied with as I had experienced at other dealerships. We had reviewed my budget to work with and at one point it didn't seem like a deal was going to happen. The short of the story.. Charles went to bat for me and some how the deal worked out within my budget. I'm still amazed that there are some dealerships out there that go that little extra to help someone.
