As I chose my vehicle and was taken to the finance office, Ms. Ervin greeted me wit Ms. Ervin is sensational!. She makes buying a vehicle real easy. As I chose my vehicle and was taken to the finance office, Ms. Ervin greeted me with a smile and insisted that she was all about honesty. She gave my daughter and I that feel of honesty and a very warm smile that sealed the deal for me. I could have easily turned downed the offer that was presented to me from the other dealers, but Tonya, as she referred to be called, made this vehicle sale final for me. There were times that I had questions after the paperwork that was given and Tonya insisted to answer my questions without haste or the sense that I was interrupting her day. She had always made me feel welcomed in the dealership. Out of the entire automobile dealerships that I have done business with in the past, Ms. Ervin have been the only one that have practically made me feel as though the car payments were not a "big deal", and normally I would leave the dealership feeling like I am going to have to "wrestle an alligator" for a few years and of course the "alligator" cannot win.
