I went price hinting for someone to put a new transmission How would I put this into words, Randy you are awsome. He has saved me in many occasions. I went price hinting for someone to put a new transmission in our Marano. Well the bill grew from 4,000 to 8,000 and nothing was fixed. So I was stuck in this never ending circle and nothing being fixed. So I had some major trust issues with people fixing our car. He pulled me in and walked me through everything he was going to do and gave me his word he would not quit until it is done correctly. After that, I felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. They removed the transmission that was put in there incorrectly and replaced it with a new one. When we received the car back, I was only charged for some rubber gromet. So the only option for getting my car repaired or routine maintenance, would be Nissan of Chesapeake. I grew up believing in your word is only good as your work. Thanks Randy, your one of a kind.
