VIP Treatment I was referred to Mrs. Johnson from a Co worker. He reassured me she would take good care of my self and my wife and that she did. From when I first s I was referred to Mrs. Johnson from a Co worker. He reassured me she would take good care of my self and my wife and that she did. From when I first stepped in Nissan of Chesapeake we were greeted with Ms. Johnsons genuine smile at the information desk. She just so happened to be filling in for the receptionist until the establishment actually opened. She than sat me down with one of her product experts until she was able to provide me with her full attention. Aaron was very knowledgeable on the Nissan Maxima and provided us with wonderful service. When Ms. Johnson returned she offered us refreshments, answered all my questions and concerns, showed me my available options and the benefits with purchasing from Nissan of Chesapeake. She was very proud and confident in her product and staff. It amazed us and we wanted to be apart of it so we purchased a Maxima. But the service didn't stop there. She called me the very next morning to check on us and our vehicle... she then called the following weekend... then called the weekend after that... so 2 months go by and I call her to see if I could come in for a car wash. When she answered she knew exactly who I was. What kind of vehicle I purchased and remembered everything we discussed about our children the day we purchased. She not only was able to schedule me for my car wash but free oil change too. We felt like we were VIP. What did we do to deserve this VIP Treatment I asked her jokingly.
