A Spirit of Excellence I've been divorced and on my own over the past 10years. As part of my plan to rebuild my credit I ventured out to the local Ford Dealership as that wa I've been divorced and on my own over the past 10years. As part of my plan to rebuild my credit I ventured out to the local Ford Dealership as that was my brand of choice while married to my former husband. After being truthful and upfront with the sales rep he lied to get me into the office just to show me a car of no quality. With tears in my eyes and my pride in tow, I went to the Nissan Dealership in Chesapeake, Va. That was 2years ago when I was able to purchase a high quality used vehicle. Tonya Ervin was my finance manager and I was so pleased at the way she educated me regarding my contract, the warranties and coverages that were available for me to take advantage of. I left the dealership that day with a reminder to hold on to for the next two years. Ms Ervin told me after two years to come back and pick me out a brand new car. Well, not qute two years later I returned to the dealership. My Sales Rep Mr Cortez handled my fragile nerves with Kid gloves. He kept his word and when it was time for me to go back to finance Lo and behold there she was again waiting for me with a smile on her face. I was at total peace that once again Tonya would take good care of me as she had done once before. I'm a Senior Pastor of a local church within a five mile radius, and I would encourage my congregation to not only make their car purchase from Nissan of Chesapeake but, I would recommend that they only do business with Tonya Ervin when it is time to go to finance.
