The "battery" light was on in my car, so I went to take it to Sear's, and they incorrectly diagnosed the problem, so I took it to the Nissan dealership in Chesapeake, and they were so helpful!! Great integrity and teamwork mr carlton finally convinced us when he explained the warranty and helped us on info we weren't aware of , because of these gentlemen expertise in nisaan and car sales that won us over and we are overjoyed with our new SUV !!! Rick Sanchez was extremely helpful as well very professional in explaining the features and he even showed us how to hook up the ipod ! Cynthia the finance manager was excellent in explaining the warranty info and we are glad we chose that now we have peace of mind . Worst dealership ever! Came in looking at two cars and spent all day debating between the two because the out the door price they gave me was the same. Then when I picked the car that I wanted they gave m spent all day debating between the two because the out the door price they gave me was the same. Then when I picked the car that I wanted they gave me a final price $2,000 higher than they told me 4 hours prior. The manager, Mark, blantly lied to me all day, and then lied to me again about the fact that he lied to me about the first price he gave me. Terrible customer service, they lie and then pull a bait and switch and completely waste your time. I will never go back here nor recommend it to anyone. If you want quality customer service when making a big purchase such as a car, do not go here. They will bs you all day and then lie about it. More
