The customer service is wonderful!! The people in service are great. Steve Guard has always been very decent to deal with. However I would not buy a vehicle here again. The very BEST car buying experience I have encountered!! Court was an amazing sales rep., polite, honest, knowledgeable. He and all other employees were dressed to impressed!! Michelle, my finance person had her work cut out for her, as I did not have the best credit scores. Even thought I'd been working to improve them, I was really nervous. She not only put me at ease, but was able to get me approved with a descent interest rate. My 2018 car was extremely clean, inside and out, could have passed for a brand new vehicle. I more than highly recommend to check out Banks Chevrolet for any car needs you may have!! I will never go anywhere else. More
