A dealership that is more than a dealership When I pulled onto the lot at Banks, I was not sure what to expect. I had just come from a dealership where I had had an awful experience. Seth did a great job of helping find a vehicle that fit my needs. He did not try to push into something that I didn't need or was more than I needed. I let him know what kind of cars I had been looking at prior to visiting Banks. I took the Chevy Cruze for a test drive and loved it. Even though this happened, I was still not sure which car I was going to choose. Seth gave me the numbers for the cost of the vehicle so I could compare. Less than an hour later I was back at Banks, ready to buy. Seth made it very easy knowing I had to get to work at a specific time. He was even able to get me a good deal on the car. I feel that if I had gone anywhere else, I would not have had such a good experience. I was able to pick up my new car that same day. Seth helped me to set up everything with my car when I went to pick it. He did a wonderful job for me and I could not be more grateful. My dad was also very thankful to him as well, seen as I can be a very picky person when it comes to cars. I will definitely be back to make future purchases. This was by far the best experience I have had with car buying so far. I would like to thank Seth again for all of his hard work and helping me with the purchase of my first brand new car. More

It wasn't so much the price, I'm sure the deal was fine it was more a case for me that when you are buying an expensive vehicle that I will drive 30,000 miles per year, I want it to be correct and I want a dealership that has treated me appropriately and help me with any issues I have in the future.
