We are first time GMC owners, and the experience we had at Banks was the best car purchasing experience that we have had! And it was definitely the most efficient in terms of time spent at the dealership. at Banks was the best car purchasing experience that we have had! Our sales person, Andy, was also amazing, answering our many questions, setting us up with vehicles to test drive, and was very efficient with the process, having our trade-in evaluated while we test drove 2 different vehicles. We were there a little over 2 hours including the test driving and reached a decision to purchase, and then came back on a different date for pickup, maybe another half hour. There was no pressure, it was a pleasant experience and we will highly recommend them to family and friends! They also provided a gift to the customer for the purchase which is a nice touch, and appreciated! More
