When I walked through the front door the ladies at the reception area were very friendly and helpful. i didn’t have to wait very long before I was introduced to Scott Duguay, who was my sales person. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. I test drove the car, met with the manager, Dan, and within a half an hour we had a deal. I finished our transaction with the finance department, where they explained everything thoroughly and made it a pleasant experience. I love the car, a Cadillac XT6 and had a great experience with everyone at the dealership. More
