I own two Ford vehicles…. a 2012 and a 2017. Both were purchased new from Barber Ford. Whether it be routine service appointments or something more intense, the constant has a 2012 and a 2017. After years of excellent service, I was very disappointed when I found that my oil leaking engine needed replacing despite being told that there was "nothing to worry about and no need to keep checking oil c when I found that my oil leaking engine needed replacing despite being told that there was "nothing to worry about and no need to keep checking oil consumption." More concerning was the fact that there was no record of the oil change or three oil consumption visits I had made to make sure there wasn't a problem. Sorry, but this is a deal breaker. More
